Information we receive
Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, referral information, and request time. If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.
Analytics
We use PostHog to count visits and understand which pages and outbound links people actually use. PostHog records the pages you view, the site or campaign tag that referred you, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and clicks on labeled outbound provider links. It stores a random identifier in your browser so repeat visits are not counted as new people. That identifier is not a name, an email address, or an account.
We have configured PostHog to discard IP addresses after the approximate location is derived, and to record nothing at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets the identifier.
Your answers to the tools on this site are never sent to analytics. The provider matcher, cost calculator, and coverage checker run entirely in your browser. What you tell them about your insurance, budget, medication, or treatment status stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or to PostHog.
Affiliate links
When you use a labeled outbound link, our redirect system may record the destination provider, source page, campaign parameters, device category, and click time. We do not intentionally collect medical diagnoses, treatment records, or other health information through affiliate links.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate usage, measure outbound-link performance, respond to messages, and correct site data.
Service providers and external sites
Plain GLP-1 is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure, and analytics are processed by PostHog on servers in the United States. When you leave this site, the destination provider’s own privacy policy applies. We do not control how an external provider collects or uses information.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You may contact us to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you previously sent directly to us, subject to applicable exceptions.
Policy changes
We will update this page before adding materially different analytics, advertising, newsletter, quiz, or account features.
