Clinical accountability

Medical Review Policy

Medical review is a documented editorial process, not a badge applied to every page.

Current status

Plain GLP-1 does not currently have a retained medical reviewer. Pages that have not been reviewed by a qualified clinician are labeled “Not medically reviewed” and should be treated as editorial information only.

What requires medical review

Medication safety, contraindications, dosing, adverse effects, clinical eligibility, and treatment comparisons require review by a qualified clinician before publication as medically reviewed content.

What a reviewer must do

The reviewer checks clinical claims against appropriate primary or authoritative sources, identifies unsupported or misleading language, and approves the specific page version carrying their name and review date.

Reviewer transparency

When a reviewer is retained, we will publish their full name, relevant credentials, professional background, scope of review, and a review date. We will not invent credentials or imply site-wide medical approval.
